FOLA follows the data protection law of each country it serves:

What We Collect

Only what an introduction needs: your name, email, WhatsApp number, the dates and kind of help you want, and for listings the business and registration details you give. FOLA does not collect medical records, symptoms or diagnoses, and asks you not to send them.

Why We Collect It

To confirm a request is genuine, to make the introduction you asked for, to check listings, and to answer reports and messages. The legal basis is your consent, given on each form, and FOLA's legitimate interest in keeping listings honest.

Who Sees It

The FOLA office, and then only the parties you asked to be introduced to. Nothing you send is published. Supply information is kept apart from all patient information.

Where It Is Kept

Requests and listings are kept in FOLA's control sheet on Google's servers, and emails pass through Google's mail service. Your shortlist is kept only on your own device until you send it or clear it.

Cookies and Measurement

Your Rights

You can ask what FOLA holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, and complain to your country's data protection authority. Email the FOLA office to do any of these.
